ALL ROOM RATES include government tax, staff service charge, credit card commission, good quality and sumptuous American or Asian breakfast, unlimited drinking water (but not for bottling), coffee and tea, good quality bed linen, toiletries and towels.

FREE DROP-OFF to nearby places within Seminyak eg the gay bars (subject to transport availability).

AIRPORT TRANSFER - Free of charge 2 ways for 5 nights stay and above. Chargeable at 100,000rp (about US$11) for each way per 6-passenger vehicle, if less than 5 nights stay.

HOTEL TRANSFER - Free of charge within Seminyak and Canggu.

LONG DISTANCE TRANSFER - Cheaper than taxi eg Ubud 150,000rp (about US$15), Jimbaran 200,000rp (about US$20), and Candi Desa 250,000rp (about US$25) per 6-passenger air conditioned vehicle.

CASH DEPOSIT - 100,000rp (about US$11) deposit is required for keys upon check-in. Deposit is refundable during check-out.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME - There is no restriction. But early check-in (before 2pm) and late check-out (after 12nn) are subject to bed availability.

SHOWER ROOM & TOILETS are modern, clean and neat. Hot water supply is 24-hour daily. There is no queue.

DROP-OFF - Private room guests are provided drop-off to nearby places within Seminyak eg the gay bars. Dormitory room guests can board the rides free of charge.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(i) Full payment should be settled immediately to secure the booking.

(ii) Cancellation or amendment received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date during low season, 21 (twenty-one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season, will be charged 100% of total reservation value. Refund can only be given, if the management can resell the room. Amount refunded will be after deduction from credit card charge, and currency exchange commission and shortfall.

(iii) No show, early check-out or any reduction in period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value. Refund can only be given, if the management can resell the room. Amount refunded will be after deduction from credit card charge, and currency exchange commission and shortfall.

(iv) We accept only cash at Villa Layang Bulan.
