All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, electric fan, electric mosquito trap, high-speed WIFI, cable TV (except the standard single room), fridge, safe box for valuables and wardrobe (or cupboard) for clothing.
Our room rates include government tax (10%), very good American or Asian breakfast (8 am to 10 am), and unlimited coffee, tea and drinking water (but not for bottling elsewhere).
Airport transfer is free of charge 2 ways for guests with spending of above IDR 3,000,000 on accommodation. But there is a small charge of IDR 100,000 for airport transfer at ungodly hours from 10.30 pm to 7 am.
Airport transfer is chargeable at IDR 250,000 from 7 am - 10:30 pm or at IDR 350,000 for room reservations less than IDR 3,500,000. We are cheaper than airport taxis.
Check-in: 2 pm and Check-out: 12 noon. However, early check-in and late check-out are possible if the rooms are available.
Full payment is required 30 days before arrival date.
Payment is by bank transfer, Wise.com or Paypal.
Payments are 100% refundable 30 days before the arrival date. But charges by bank, Wise,com and Paypal are irreversible.
Refunds are subject to how much amount or how many nights the Management is able to resell the room on your behalf.
Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, daily.
Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms, indoor public areas and main terrace by the pool.
Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area if the other room guests nearby consent.
No loud music and noise after 9pm.
Pets, commercial sex and sex in the public areas are not allowed.
It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
